Yes! We are extremely confident that you will love our umbrellas. However, if you do not find your purchase suitable for you we do offer a 30-day returns policy.

The product being returned must be in new and unused condition.
If your returned item is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund or charge a restocking fee.

Return freight is payable by the customer. For returns please email hello@shadeaustralia.com.au for a returns form. 

*Please Note: We try our best to portray the umbrellas as close as possible in the images on the website. These colours, however, can vary between different screens. If you are after a particular colour please give us a call and we can discuss your options.
