We have the capability to deliver same day to Sydney Metropolitan areas for an added cost. Give us a call on 1800 155 233 to confirm. To use this option you will need to have your order placed as early as possible and is subject to the courier company's advice if same-day delivery is possible.
**Please note, delivery before 5 pm is not guaranteed. It is best to have a residential address for this option.

We at Umbrellas & Parasols endeavor to deliver your goods promptly and at the lowest possible prices. We take care to package your goods carefully so that they arrive at you safely. We maintain trading accounts with many of the major freight and companies in Australia including Australia Post, TNT and local express Couriers. Depending on the item(s) purchased, we will select the company most able to deliver the goods to that destination in a careful and timely manner.

Shipping prices are displayed in the checkout and are based on the number of items you select. If you have any questions relating to freight charges or wish to seek an accurate quote prior to placing your order, please feel welcome to contact us on our Freecall 1800 155 233 number.

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

Processing your orders

All Express orders placed before 10 am (AEST) on a working day will be dispatched that day (providing items are in stock). We hold most of the stock here in our warehouse, however some products we do need to order from suppliers overnight. We will contact you if there are going to be delays.

All standard orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Conditions

Please note that you can track your order for an estimated time of arrival from the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track

You will need to sign for your order when it arrives unless you have given us or Australia Post the authority to leave your item in a safe place without a signature. If you are not available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
