Please handle your umbrella with care; do not use excessive force to open or to close. Do not use in windy or gusty weather. Please consider others when using your umbrella in a crowded space. Most importantly, always leave your umbrella open to dry; storing an umbrella while damp will cause mould and/or rust.

If you purchase an item from us and don’t use it, you can return it within 7 days for a refund. This service will incur a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for return delivery charges. We will only accept the item back into stock if it is unused and undamaged. This assessment will be made by Umbrellas & Parasols staff at the time and upon point of return.
